- Disposal – Finding the most appropriate route to market for vehicle disposal at the end of its useful life in service.
- Maintenance – Advising on best practice for vehicle maintenance for contracted or in house
- Workshop set ups – Specification of in house workshop set up including workshop size, equipment requirements, and staffing.
- Fleet mix and optimisation – Ensuring that fleet type, size are operating at optimum levels to meet demand in both emergency and non-emergency operations
- Fleet technology – Implementation of “Smart Ambulance “ technology including enhanced 4G technology , RFID systems and satellite.
- Fleet management systems – Ensuring best practise using FMS to maximise and optimise fleet performance including full fleet service outsource advise.
