Advice , specification and implementation malmanagement of all communications and supplementary equipment for mission critical command and control in both normal and incident operations, including
- Specification and layout of control rooms – advising on equipment requirements and full layout of control rooms including staff numbers
- Specification and project management of command vehicle build – Working with key vehicle suppliers to ensure best specification and build quality from design to completion and final delivery
- Radios and ancillary equipment – Technical specification and advise on all comms equipment
- Satellite communication technology – Collaboration with best in business satellite technology companies
- Smart Ambulance – Advising on all technology requirements and types to build a “smart ambulance “
- EPCR/CAD– Project Management of procurement of EPCR and CAD systems form initial design through to full implementation
